TicketIn DOES NOT CHARGE to post, advertise and promote your event. All that is done for free.

TicketIn only deducts service fee on Ticket Sales, and a flat rate for tickets sold at resell points. The only resell points at the moment is Thami Express Studio, in Port Shepstone and Margate.

TicketIn allows buyers to purchase using Debit cards and EFT, all payments are processed by payment gateways and they ensure the legitimacy of the payments to avoid fraudulent transactions.

Commission and service fees can be calculated bellow, these fees cover the cost of using the payment gateways as well as TicketIn Pty Ltd service fee.

Card payments charge extra due to account and payment validation/verification process. It should be noted that some customers will pay via EFT while others will prefer card payments, so calculations done bellow are only an estimate, predicting values based on the payment method used.
